Support Your Mid-Life Women Employees Before They Leave
A structured program that turns menopause from a silent performance problem into a managed, supportive system. Built for European organizations that value retention over replacement.

When Women in Mid-Life Struggle at Work, Most Organizations Assume Performance Is Declining
What looks like a performance problem is unmanaged biology
Women in their 40s and 50s are experiencing hormonal transitions that affect focus, energy, sleep, and emotional regulation.
Without support, they reduce hours, step back from leadership, or leave entirely.
Regulation Is Already Moving
Queensland, Australia introduced 10 days of paid reproductive health leave in September 2024.
The McKell Institute recommends 12 days nationally. European regulation will follow.
The question is whether your organization is prepared or will be scrambling to comply when policies shift.
The cost of doing nothing:
Replacing a senior employee costs 50-200% of their annual salary
1 in 7 employees are affected by reproductive health conditions
Over 50% report negative career impact from symptoms
70% have taken unpaid leave to manage hormonal health issues
1 in 6 experienced job loss due to their condition

The Solution: A Three-Step Approach
We do not do one-off events.
We build lasting capability through a structured process
that starts with understanding your organization and ends with ongoing support for your people.
Step 1: Mid-life Performance Audit
What you get:
Review of existing wellness and leave policies
Assessment of management awareness and support structures
Benchmarking against international best-practice standards
Identification of risk areas (retention, absenteeism, career impact)
Written report with prioritized, actionable recommendations
Timeline: 2-3 weeks from data collection to delivered report
Step 2: Targeted Workshops
Based on the audit findings, we deliver two workshops tailored to your organization's specific gaps and needs.
What you get:
Workshop A: For Women Employees (onsite)
Understanding hormonal transitions and what is happening in your body
Symptom recognition and self-advocacy in the workplace
Practical hormone yoga session
Stress management and resilience techniques
Building a personal management plan
Digital resource pack, 30-day follow-up check-in
Workshop B: For Managers and Leadership (onsite or online)
The business case for menopause literacy
Biology basics every manager needs to understand
Recognizing symptoms vs. misreading performance
How to have supportive conversations (with practice)
Policy recommendations & report based on your audit results
Manager conversation guide & 90-day roadmap
Step 3: Ongoing Community Access
After the workshops, your employees join the LeelaVaya community
for continued practice and support.
What's included:
2 live virtual sessions per month with Vanya Panamska
Hormone yoga, stress management, and symptom-specific practices
Access to all session recordings
Connection with a wider community of women navigating similar transitions
Ongoing expert guidance, not a one-off event
Most workplace wellness programs end after a single workshop and nothing changes.
This ongoing access is what creates measurable, lasting results in retention and wellbeing.
Start With A Conversation
A 15-minute call to understand your organization's current situation
and whether this approach fits your priorities.
From Personal Health Project to Life Mission
Ten years ago, at 35, breast cancer changed my path completely. I lost my breast, my cycle, and my sense of being a woman. Through my search for natural healing, I discovered Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) during my treatment in Austria.

After just two weeks of practice, my cycle returned. This powerful experience led me to train directly with Dina Rodriguez, the 97-year-old creator of HYT. Now I combine this proven 35-year practice with my background in mindfulness and Ayurveda to teach women how to restore their hormonal balance naturally.
