Welcome to The Body Wisdom Retreat – Root & Rise—a four-day journey back to yourself, your strength, your softness, and your joy.

Root & Rise Retreat
This is not just a retreat. It is a space to reset your nervous system, realign your spine, and rise back into your strength—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Through Iyengar yoga, breathwork, and mindful education, you’ll learn how to move through your life with awareness and ease—whether you’re sitting at your desk, walking through your day, or resting your tired body.
Your all-inclusive accommodation will take place in a serene retreat center in Nieprześnia, Poland, just 50 minutes from Kraków.

Location: 1, Nieprześnia 32-700.
By Car: Free parking is available.
By Train: Kraków Główny (Kraków Main Station) is the nearest major station.
By Plane: Fly into Kraków Airport (KRK), 40 minutes from the retreat center.
We can arrange an airport pickup for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if you need a transfer.
