In a world that demands constant action, achievement, and productivity, we often push our bodies beyond their limits. We expect them to give more than they can, without truly listening to what they need. As women, we have been conditioned to ignore our natural rhythms, disconnecting from our intuition, and losing touch with our feminine energy.
This retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself. It’s a space to reconnect with your body, balance your hormones, and embrace gentle, nourishing rituals that bring lasting peace and vitality - even in the midst of a busy life.
WHEN & WHERE:
Join us from November 13 to 16, 2025, for a 4-day feminine retreat at the beautiful Polish seaside near Tricity.
The place is located in the village of Mikoszewo, right at the mouth of the Vistula River, close to the forest and the sea. We are going to stay in a home where historic wooden architecture meets modern interiors and carefully preserved details from the past. Built from reclaimed wood, this space exudes warmth and authenticity, offering an atmosphere that is both inspiring and deeply grounding. Beyond its beautiful interiors, the real charm of this place is its surroundings. You can take a walk through the fields, follow the Vistula River, or head through the forest to the sea.
All of it provides the perfect space to relax and recharge.
RESERVATION
- Your reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 700 PLN deposit. Spots are limited!
- The remaining amount can be settled before departure or directly on-site. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be easily transferred to another person if needed.

Vanya Panamska
A certified Iyengar yoga teacher and Hormonal Yoga instructor. Yoga has been her daily ritual for over ten years, helping her manage the stress of a busy schedule and bringing about a true transformation in the quality of her life. Through this journey, she has deeply connected her mind, body, and spirit, leading her to a better, happier life. She studied Hormonal Yoga under the creator of this method, Dina Rodriguez. For the past 8 years, she has led classes, workshops, and retreats focused on hormonal balance and women's health, with hundreds of women participating from Bulgaria, Poland, Austria, and worldwide. Vanya's mission is to support women using natural methods to feel good in their bodies and enjoy their femininity at every stage of life.


Weronika Sirash
In the practice of Yoga, she finds a balance between strength and relaxation, discipline and gentleness. For her, yoga is a way to look deeper into herself - not to change or improve anything, but to see herself untouched by expectations. She tries to show Yoga to her students in its full dimension - not limiting themselves to just the physical layer. Still, she attempts to inspire others for independent exploration. In both her own practice and teaching, she shifts the focus from constantly improving the pose to simply noticing: "How do I feel?" "Where am I?" "Who am I today?"
